This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of STEM robotics kits and video courses made directly through the Curio Tinker Innovation LLP website.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms described in this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

2. Order cancellations
2.1 Physical robotics kits

You may request cancellation of an order for physical kits any time before the order is dispatched or before the shipment is created in our logistics system.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our returns and replacements section below.

2.2 Digital/video courses

Access to digital products such as video lectures and online courses is generally provided immediately or within a short time after successful payment.
Because digital access can be used instantly, such orders are normally non‑cancellable once course access has been activated, except in specific situations like duplicate payment or a clear technical error at the time of transaction, which will be reviewed case by case.

3. Returns and replacements for physical kits
3.1 Eligibility for return

Returns are accepted only for eligible robotics kits purchased from our website, within a limited time period from the date of delivery (for example, within 7 days; update this to your exact number).
To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all components, manuals and accessories intact and free from physical damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

3.2 Defective or damaged items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must inform us within a specified period from delivery (for example, 48 hours–3 days; set your exact window).
We may request photos, videos, or return of the item for verification, and once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same product or a refund, as appropriate and subject to stock availability.

3.3 Items not eligible for return

Products damaged due to improper use, modifications, or mishandling by the customer, or products returned without original packaging or missing parts, may not be eligible for return or refund.
Certain items such as consumables, opened electronic components, or customized kits may be non‑returnable; such conditions will be mentioned on the respective product pages where applicable.
